For the JobBOSS Client:

Note that these are also the steps for setting up any new machines you add to your network with the JobBOSS Client. When Installing - create a Local Admin account and install from there.

JobBoss Install
1) Map the J drive (\\TONGRUN-srv01\JobBOSS Server) sign in with the users domain creds
NOTE: YOU MUST USE HOST NAME AND NOT IP ADDRESS, using IP address will break reports tab in JobBoss, software can not resolve name by IP, only by hostname.  Indication that this is misconfigured will come in the form of the following error:

2)Install the JobBoss Client Setup - Run as admin, this may take some time to launch

-Make sure the server is set to TONGRUN-SRV01, if you use the IP address for this server it will break reports function, the only way to reconfigure this setting is with a full reinstall.

3) Make sure you can launch JobBoss. If JobBoss doesnt launch, make sure J drive is connected \\TONGRUN-srv01\JobBOSS Server
