Tongrun - Allow Country access for traveling users

Log into Tongrun O365 admin portal: 

When in portal go to Admin Centers --> Identity

From there, go to Protection --> Conditional Access

Once entering Conditional Access, go to Policies --> United States Only

Locate the " All users included and specific users excluded":

Next, select the "Exclude" Tab:

Select the "Select excluded users and groups":

Search for user and click select: 

Users are now excluded from the policy, and gain access outside of the United States:
