T: Drive Access - NO LONGER USED NOW ON TONG-FS01 using the "I" drive

THIS IS ONLY USED NOW FOR QUICKBOOKS AND JOBBOSS - REGULAR FILES ARE NOW ON TONG-FS01



Log into the Togrun1 server in screen connect (creds are in Vault)

Vault:

Once logged in the Server pull up control panel and select User accounts:

Select user accounts again:

Then select "Manage another account"

Locate user in list: 

If user is not there - please add

When mapping the Drive to user PC

Map \\tongrun1\files and label it as T:

When mapping to a user that is Offsite or WFH (connecting with VPN)

\\192.168.1.24\files - Then follow the same process as below. 

User will be prompted to Authenticate - Select more choices

then enter .\ and the users first and last name (or name of local account)

then enter the password (user will most likely not know there PW, if so, go ahead and change it)

**NOTE**

When connecting the mapping user will need to login with there local accounts. 

They will be prompted. 

UN: .\First name Lastname

PW: (Whatever they or we set)

**Remember to check the "Remember My Credentials box before clicking "OK"**
